Cookie Monster Fudge Recipe

This is a traditional fudge recipe that includes just a few extra ingredients to make it fun and colorful.  We prefer using the Wilton brand of candy melts to make sure it turns out perfectly, but you can use any brand as long as they are the right amount and color.  For this recipe, we used the royal blue Wilton candy melts.

How to Store Fudge:

We usually don’t have much left once the kids get into this, but if you do have extra, make sure to keep it in a good airtight container, so it stays fresh.  I prefer refrigerating fudge to keep it from melting if it gets warm in the kitchen, but you may prefer it a bit softer and keep it a container on the counter.  The baking pans we use have great lids, so they are simple to just snap on top once done.  You can also gift this cookie monster fudge recipe in cellophane bags or small treat tins!
