New Meijer mPerks Changes; mperks login

You’re in for a nice surprise with the updates they made to the mperks program.
The biggest NEW feature I see that I love- is the ability to search for coupons:
In the featured section, they put suggested coupons that you may be interested in clipping. This is all based on what you have clipped/purchased in the past.
You can also say no thanks to a coupon (#snob! lol)
I like the new clip it logo.
The only thing you can’t tell right away is.. if this coupon is a Meijer store coupon or a manufacturer coupon. However, if you click on more info, it will tell you!
You can still clip and browse all the coupons available:

Always out of stock on a lot of my items and always gotta buy 3 of something to get the 4th free . I now go to Costco to buy in bulk. Also very rude personnel at the new warren 10 mile store.

What have you done? It is much more difficult to use.
The latest coupons I received in the mail have no code to scan at the bottom. I don’t have a smart phone to do the scanning that was instructed. I thought I had them clipped online but when I went shopping none of them worked. Said something like no coupons found. Please stop making it so difficult for us older folks. Also when you have to buy a big amount of something to get a reduced price – often can’t use that much. Help please!!!!
What happened to the MPerks log in? When the app was updated, I can no longer find the MPerks log in icon. I used to pull it up on the home page and show the cashier to scan it. I now have to enter my phone number on the device where I scan my credit card. Am I missing something? This seems like a step backward.
Tried all kinds of ways to get access to my mperks. No luck at all. Every click on anything ends up saying Access Denied. This is ridiculous. I want my coupons!! I don’t have a cell phone. I used to go to Meijer and put my mperk info in at checkout. I guess that is no more too, huh? Come on now.
You are making it to hard to clip my coupons. I have not been able to log into my account to claim my rewards.
Please go back to paper coupons, the whole world does not need to be governed by the internet.
I cannot get into my mperks because it denies me access to my account. I have contacted meijer by phone have not been helped.
