Hey guys! A while back many of you had a list of questions you wanted to ask Meijer regarding the mPerk program, coupons, etc. There were so many questions (THANK YOU) submitted to Meijer. Meijer responded back to your questions. They were not able to answer all of your questions, but quite a few were answered!

Rewards Questions (Baby, Rollover, Spending Goal) – We are constantly refining our rewards program to suit our member’s needs and shopping behavior. We will continue to evaluate our program to provide value to our loyal mPerks members.

Coupons are not applying at checkout – We are sorry for the inconvenience. Valid coupons that have not expired at the time of purchase should apply. Our teams will look into this issue to find out where the glitch may be. In the meantime, if this issue occurs, our customer service desk will be happy to assist, and you can also reach out to our customer call center at 1-800-962-7011. Thank you for your patience.

Coupons Based on Shopping History We strive to provide members with the perfect coupon for them based on shopping history, but sometimes items slip through the system that may not reflect customer purchases. That is why we are continually updating our algorithm to ensure we provide you with the most relevant coupons based on your shopping history.

Never show coupons again from not interested We are continually evaluating the user experience on mPerks.com and the Meijer app and seeking feedback from customers, Meijer employees and internal initiatives. We will take this suggestion under consideration for future enhancements. Thank you.

Save category selections & Sorting and Refining We recently made improvements to the Meijer app coupon sort tool. Now, you can save your sort preferences, choose if you want to see your clipped coupons, and if you want to see category headers, all which improve your access to the coupons you want. Your settings are saved between sessions in the app, so when you log back in, you won’t need to sort manually.

Reward expiration reminders Keep an eye out in the near future for notifications through the Meijer app that will provide you status updates on your rewards progress. In the meantime, make sure to download the Meijer app and opt-in to notifications. Today, we send members notifications when they have started or earned a reward

Improve Search We recently updated our search functionality to provide better search results with more robust information on products such as price, coupons, sales and more. We will continue to improve our search capabilities as we move forward, so that you have the best experience when shopping for items, clipping digital coupons and building your shopping list.

Paperless Catalina – load to mPerks – This is an excellent suggestion and one that will go along well with an initiative that will roll out very soon for mPerks members. We will take this suggestion into consideration. Thank you. { I really hope they do this one. I have seen some of the paperless Catalina offers in my mPerk account from time to time! Fingers crossed this happens all the time for everyone!}

Ability to enter more than three receipts per month We understand that this can be an issue for some members, especially if a spouse or family members is making separate purchases and forgets to enter their mPerks ID. While we are evaluating this matter, there are some solutions that could help this be prevented. On the Meijer mobile app, we have an mPerks barcode that a member can scan at checkout to ID in case they forget their mPerks number or pin. Members can also link five credit cards to their mPerks account. When they scan their credit card, it will automatically apply their mPerks information.

    I understand keeping things in stock is not easy but why does it take so long for items to restocked these items. I’m talking about 3 weeks or better.

    How can I retrieve “not interested” coupons? When I tried to clip a coupon, the cell is so touchy that it went into the “not interested” category. When I tried to “undo” quickly, because I didn’t notice the option quickly enough and it faded away. I was trying to figure out what happened. My coupons disappeared forever. Or not, I hope. Please make it harder to say ” not interested” and please tell, me how i can have my coupons back. Thank you.
