Grocery Store Deals Week 10/15-10/21
Let’s talk about the best deals to grab this week!
First, the club stores. Right now, we still have a lot of the same deals happening at Costco and Sam’s Club. Quite a few of those instant savings deals will end on 10/19 and 10/20, so be sure to check this previous post for those deals.
I will be doing an update post for Costco and Sam’s Club when those new deals go live!
Online Deals:
I want to highlight this toilet paper/paper towel deal you can grab without leaving your house.
Right now, Amazon has select paper products on a promotion: spend $30, get $10.00 off instantly.
Here is the deal I did:
I added (2) Scott Paper Towels, 6 Double Rolls 12 Regular Rolls for $6.94 each $13.88
I added (3) Scott Comfort Plus, 12 double rolls for $5.68 each $17.04
Subtotal comes to $30.92
The $10 instant savings will come off.
And if you select Subscribe & Save for both the Scott Paper Towels and Scott Comfort Plus (you can cancel it at any time), you will save an additional $1.53
Out-of-pocket cost after the instant savings, S&S, and tax $20.34.
That’s a good deal for 3 packs of Tissue and 2 packs of paper towels.

Vaseline Lotion is another deal to grab this week. Kroger has a weekly digital coupon offer that will make each 20.3-oz bottle of lotion about $3.99. This online deal, you can grab a 3-pack of lotion for $10.32 (if you subscribe to Subscribe & Save, you’ll save an additional 5%). This comes to about $3.44 per bottle of Vaseline.
BJ’s Wholesale Club
The new saver coupon book is available at the BJ’s Customer Service Desk.
If you are a current member, you are also getting this coupon book in the mail. It will tell you everything on sale this month and show you deals with attached coupons to save you more money.
Not a member? See the current BJ’s Wholesale Club membership deals. I’ve made my money back on my membership several times with the savings. Also, their gas is the cheapest place to get gas on the West side of town.

Sam’s Club has Cream of Mushroom, 8 pk for $7.98Cream of Chicken, 8 pk for 7.98, which comes out to be about $1.00 each (same price as Meijer)The difference with Sam’s Club is that it’s an instant savings offer. Meijer’s deal will limit you because you need an mPerk coupon to get the same price.Unless you have several mPerk accounts, Sam’s Club would be ideal for getting more cans at the same price.
Note: Costco has a 12-pack for $12.89 (they usually run a sale for $2.00-$3.00 instant savings). This is where I usually stock up on Cream of Mushroom/Chicken.
