Things To Do In Lansing – Mid-Michigan {Jan/Feb/March 2016}

Winter around Michigan can be cold and dreary. It’s hard to find the energy to want to leave the warm house. However, there are tons of things going on around the Mid-Michigan area. I covered a lot of the highlights, targeted for families. Most of the events listed area free or relatively cheap. You can also check out over 150 free/cheap things to do in Mid-Michigan as well for more ideas.

JANUARY 2016

Weekend Activities at Woldumar: Every Saturday in January and February, participate in fun, family activities from 9- 12 pm @ Woldumar

Weekend story hour at My Nature Center: First Saturday of the Month, Free Story Hour,  1 – 2 pm @ Fenner (1/2, 2/6)

Story Time at Harris Nature Center, Thursdays 10 – 11 am ( $3 per child)

Abrams Planetarium, Saturdays at 8 pm and Sundays at 4pm. Special Show designated for families on Sundays at 2:30 pm (adults $4, students/senior citizens, $3.50 / children under 12, $3.00)

Free Family Film Festival is back. Kids ages 12 and under and can to the movie for FREE {select dates, so post here}
