Hi Heidi, no, you should have still received it. I would go to customer service and have them give it to you in a gift card. As long as you met the threshold of $25 BEFORE coupons, taxes, etc, the promotions and coupons will bring your total down– but as long as you met the threshold, you are supposed to get it!
What does it mean, limit 4 offers per transaction?
I want to do Deal Idea 2, So can I buy more than 2 toilet paper on the same transaction if I have more than one coupon?
