Italian Style Pork Chops Recipe

Savory and delicious these Italian inspired pork chops will be a hit at your next family table.  Serve alongside a helping of potato’s, polenta, or rice- and a vegetable and you will have a satisfying meal that everyone will love.  Tender, moist, and crunchy this dish will surely become a regular in your dinner rotation.  Most of the dry ingredients should be part of your basic pantry staples and will be quick and easy to prepare.

  • 8 thin center cut boneless pork chops
  • ½ cup plain bread crumbs
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup panko crumbs
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. rosemary
  • 1 tsp. Oregano
  • 2 eggs beaten with 2 Tbsp. water
  • Olive Oil


  1. Mix the Bread Crumbs, Parmesan Cheese, rosemary, and oregano into a shallow dish. In a separate shallow dish combine flour, salt, and pepper. Place your egg wash in a third dish. Begin by dipping pork chops on each side first in flour, egg wash, and then bread crumbs breading. In a nonstick pan just over medium heat pour enough olive oil to just cover your pan. Fry pork chops 3-5 min on each side till golden brown.
